Mekelek Quotation
When the 'Book It' button in the QnB Tool is clicked, a MekElek Quotation is generated in a Branch, copied from AGHO where it is first generated when a Quote Number is established in the QnB Tool.
A MekElek Quotation can be manually generated, without the QnB Tool, by striking 'Enter' in the blank Quote No field. In the case of a manuallt generated quote, ie Quote No SS001025 would be generated, the prefix SS being associated with the entity South Side, SS.
Once a Quotation exists in an entity as a Document, (Booked via 'Book It' in QnB... or 'Book It' from the ribbon of the Mechanical Electrical > Quotation if manually generated), it is available in:
Autoglass Booking Manager >>> Confirmed Bookings >>> Fitter Matrix.
These windows are accessed from the 'Booking Manager' and 'Fitter Matrix' button in the ribbon of Documents > Autoglass > Bookings.
Typically a MekElek Quotation will pass through:
Autoglass Booking Manager >>> Confirmed Bookings >>> Fitter Matrix, and be assigned to a Work Shop Bay for job completion.

When a Supplier Part (along with a Description) is entered in the QnB Tool, this Supplier Part, when Booked, will then receive a # prefix and a LILAC Product Code generated. This # LILAC Product Code (Supplier Part) is typically Purchased from the Parts Supplier, added to Inventory, and then sold quickly relieving Inventory to zero, in the MekElek context. The Purchase Order is automatically generated and can be located and actioned by the LILAC User.
A 'Generic' LILAC Product is used in association with the Supplier Part in the MekElek QnB Tool, the 'Generic' LILAC Product is however not purchased or sold, it is used only for descriptive purposes.

'*Find MekElek Quote' button from ribbon is used to search for only MekElek Quotes, that is excluding Autoglass Quotes.
Head and Line Records: MekElek Quotation vs Autoglass Quotation:
MekElek Quotation Head records exist along side Autoglass Quotation Head records, and so Quote Numbers can be found in both the MekElek and Autoglass Quotation documents.
MekElek Quotation Line records, ie Product and Description, however only exist in the MekElek Quotation document.
